I owned end-to-end feature design on the Compliance team, leading design work on 3 major feature updates which impacted all operating jurisdictions.

I also contributed to operational excellence tooling and internal design ops activities, elevating craft cross-functionally across internal design, product, engineering, and research communities.

I supported the end-to-end UX rehaul of AI-centric SaaS platform across various design and research activities, scaling deliverable capacity past 1x and compressing pivotal iteration timelines 3x.

I also led CRO design activities on a biweekly production cycle for an S&P 600 client, directly pitching and interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders to meet various strategy and execution goals.

Collaborated on 0-1 product design processes aimed at capturing a $bn valued industry, performed in conjunction with various workflow improvement, marketing, and product improvement responsibilities.

A multidisciplinary program that provided in-depth experience on interaction design, usability, systems thinking, and entrepreneurship.
